1.This series of machine tools adopts a single-column and side-mounted box structure. The column and the slide can move horizontally along the bed guideway, and the main shaft box can rise and descend vertically along the column guideway. The main shaft is equipped with a straight-line gearbox, which enables automatic speed adjustment of the main shaft at low, medium and high levels.
2. The movement of each axis of the equipment is driven by Siemens AC servo motors.
3. The X-axis adopts a dual-motor dual-gear-rack drive technology, significantly enhancing the driving force of the X-axis of the machine tool. During the equipment's startup, braking, and acceleration processes, the two motors operate synchronously and cooperatively, resulting in superior acceleration performance compared to the traditional single-motor dual-gear drive structure. Relying on the precise control of the numerical control system, the X-axis can achieve seamless forward and reverse transmission.
4. The Y-axis drive is achieved by a servo motor which is slowed down through a reduction mechanism to drive the ball screw and its nut to rotate and operate. The ball screw is fixed to the column, and the rotation of the nut drives the main spindle box to complete the vertical lifting movement.
5. Both the Z-axis and W-axis adopt a high-stiffness pre-tightened ball screw drive structure.
6. The X, Y, and Z axes all adopt a composite guide structure of rolling elements and steel belts. It features low friction coefficient, excellent vibration absorption performance, good suppression effect on high-frequency vibrations, and high positioning accuracy. It can meet the requirements of heavy-load cutting conditions.
7. The X-axis guide rail is equipped with original imported linear guides. An optional measuring device can be selected to achieve full closed-loop control of the X-axis.
8. Both the X and Y axes are equipped with German HÖCHTEN linear encoders, enabling dual-axis full closed-loop control, which significantly improves the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
9. The main spindle box (table) of the machine tool is equipped with a large-section CNC square slide rest. The interior of the square slide rest is equipped with a CNC boring axis, which can complete the processing procedures for deep hole-type workpieces.
10. The deflection deformation of the slide bed is compensated by a combined method of two hydraulic cylinders, proportional valves, and a numerical control system. The center of gravity deviation of the main spindle box is dynamically compensated by a hydraulic cylinder in conjunction with a proportional valve.
11. The main shaft and the support parts of the lead screw are all equipped with imported precision bearings.
12. The core hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic components of the machine tool are all made from products of well-known industry brands.
13. The X-axis bed guideways are equipped with stainless steel pull-type protective covers, while the Y-axis column guideways adopt accordion-style protective covers. This design not only effectively protects the core components such as the guideways and screws, but also optimizes the overall appearance of the machine tool.
14. The machine tool is equipped with the German Siemens 840DSL numerical control system. The spindle drive unit, feed drive unit, AC spindle motor, and AC feed servo motor are all original imported components. The equipment features advanced performance and stable, reliable operation.
