1.This machine tool adopts a layout with two vertical columns, two horizontal axes, and a large central worktable with a wide lateral travel. The two columns and the left and right spindle boxes are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the worktable. The thermal symmetry performance of the entire machine is excellent. The vertical guide rails of the left and right main spindle boxes, the guide rails of the left and right slide seats, and the moving guide rails of the worktable all adopt TSF polytetrafluoroethylene coated guide rails. These guide rails have a low friction coefficient, which can reduce the wear of the guide rails, eliminate the crawling phenomenon at low speeds, and improve the stability and positioning accuracy of the operation.
